If you have any questions about shipping fees or delivery times, Zakka Zone is here to help. Here is what you need to know:

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to get your order shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving it.

 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our items are shipped from Hong Kong and we are happy to offer shipping locally and to most countries worldwide. While local shipping within Hong Kong does not charge any tax, foreign shipping to other countries may be subject to tax which varies according to different jurisdictions' policies.

 

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method selected by Zakka Zone:

For orders within Hong Kong, we use SF Express which typically delivers within 1-5 business days.* Once processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

For international orders, we ship via Hong Kong Post, SF Express or other express curriers, with delivery typically taking 7-20+ days.* Once processed and shipped, we'll email you the tracking number.

*Delivery time may vary depending on the operations of each jurisdiction's local postal service. It may take up to a month or more if there are logistic issues, such as postal strikes, severe weather, customs processing delays, IT problems, and other circumstances beyond Zakka Zone's control. The actual delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipping company collects the ordered goods.


SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES POLICY (US ORDERS)

Shipping fees for US orders are higher than standard because they include two components:

  1. International courier fee (Hong Kong → USA via express courier): covers door-to-door express delivery
  2. Estimated import duties & customs fees: we cover these upfront so you receive your order with no surprise charges at delivery

This means what you see at checkout is your total landed cost — covering international express courier and estimated import duties — with no other hidden fees or customs bills at your door.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order's actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Please refer to the shipping fee displayed at checkout for your applicable weight tier.



FRAGILE PRODUCTS
All fragile products are packed in accordance with the Packaging Principles outlined by local logistics providers such as Hong Kong Post and SF Express, ensuring protection against shock, moisture, and pressure. Delivery is carried out by third-party couriers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please also note that international shipping of fragile products may be subject to the destination country's regulations and policies.


TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's jurisdiction. We have no control over these fees, and they must be fully borne by you upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.
